Contracting with Advanced Skin Technology
I contracted with AST for around 9 months, in that time I worked across many of the brands, helping with all of the marketing material for Aspect, Aspect Dr, Organic Nation, the Australian sector of Cosmedix, SkinPen, and other well-known and loved cosmeceutical brands.
My main role was to design printed material to go in-salon, and digital material for socials and other various applications. I creatively directed, shot and edited photos of the products to be used on social media.
I also helped create a new brand direction, supplying them with the initial concepts to complete a rebrand.
Intial brief: “Show me how you would change the branding, but keep the main elements from each sub brand”
Sitting in an entirely different meeting with the Brand/Marketing Manager, she asked me to propose a new look for each of the Aspect brands – beginning with Aspect Sun and transferring through to the main brand Aspect and sub brand Aspect Dr. Keeping a focus on the fun and bold colours as well as fruit based ingredients for Aspect was a main priority, whilst Dr needed to go for a more high end, elegant look (whilst staying red). Aspect Sun needed to be able to sit comfortably with each brand and look like the seamless next step in the skincare range.
