Are you showing up the best way for your brand?

Let’s talk behavioural strategy.
The fact you even clicked the button means something… you know you can and should be doing better, but you’re probably not even sure how to show up ‘properly’.
Good news: breaking bad habits is actually much easier to fix than a broken brand once you know how.
A quick pre-reality reality check: The way you show up is costing you money… Real money.
Actual clients, actual revenue, actual respect. And probably some sanity.

It usually comes down to the behavioural patterns you can’t see in yourself.

& You can't fix what you can't see...

take the quiz, see what you're missing
We're pattern-making machines. Our brains are wired to automate behaviour.
It's a survival mechanism.
The problem? Once a pattern is embedded, it runs itself.
You don't choose it anymore. It chooses you.

Sometimes it saves you.
Sometimes it sabotages you.

These patterns cost you clients, opportunities, and money. Not because you're not good enough, but because you've unintentionally undervalued yourself.
Neuroscience calls this "procedural memory": the same system that lets you drive without thinking also lets you self-sabotage without noticing (inconvenient). This all lives below conscious awareness, which is why you can't just "think your way out" of them.

Here's 4 main patterns that your brain continues running without your consent:

Diminisher
You make yourself smaller. Downplay achievements. Deflect compliments. Apologise for taking up space.
Over-Explainer
You can't stop talking. Over-justify. Add caveats. Drown people in detail until they lose the thread.
Invisible
You stay quiet when you should speak up. Hover at the edges. Avoid being seen because being seen feels dangerous.

Stop sabotaging yourself when it matters most.

Find out which behavioural pattern is running you—and what it's costing you.
5 minutes. Free. Worth it.
You need to know which pattern is running you.

It's not a vibes check or personality test, it's a resource for you to look at your own behavioural shit.

You'll answer a few easy questions about real situations:

  • How you act in a pitch
  • What you do when someone praises you
  • How you show up in different areas
  • What happens after you make your point
  • How you feel in weird situations

Your result will tell you:

  • Your dominant behavioural pattern (the one that's costing you the most)
  • How it's actually impacting your entire brand
  • The first move to break the pattern

Takes 5 minutes. Free. Brutally accurate. (You'll love me after it though)

What you're gonna find out:

What Happens After You Get Your Results?

Most people can take the free result and start self-correcting. Some can't—because the pattern is a blind spot, and you can't see your way out of a blind spot alone.

If the free insight doesn't shift things, that's when the Brand Behaviour Audit comes in:

  • Your complete behavioural map (not just the dominant pattern, but how they compound)
  • The root cause (what's actually driving the behaviour, not just the symptom)
  • A step-by-step plan to rewire it (so you stop sabotaging yourself when it matters most)

I can help if you need it. But start with the free quiz and see if that's enough.

FAQ's

Because if you're still questioning it, you really need this..

or take a leap of faith
"What if I'm a mix of multiple patterns?"

You probably are. Most people have one dominant pattern and one (or 4) secondary. The quiz will flag your primary saboteur, the one that's costing you the most. If you want the full map, that's what the paid audit breaks down.

"What if I don't like my result?"

Then it's probably accurate. The patterns that sabotage you the most are the ones you're least aware of, or that annoy you the most in others. If your result makes you defensive, that's useful. Also, too bad, it's free.

"Can I just fix this myself once I know the pattern?"

I'm not going to stop you if you want to try!

Some people can see the pattern and self-correct. Others need an outside perspective because they're too deep in it. That's what this is for... helping you break the pattern when awareness alone isn't enough. (Been there)

"Will this just tell me to 'step into my power' or some other bullshit?"

Gross, no, I'll tell you that for free while I cringe if you want. This is about behaviour and psychology, not affirmations (no hate, I wish I had the willpower, but I'm better at strategy & psych backed stuff). No vision boards, no "energy work," no corporate LinkedIn coach shit.

"why do you want my email?"

I like to pretend one day I might actually send out useful information. If that day ever comes, feel free to like & unsubscribe.

I can guarantee I will not try sell you, I already know I diminish my offers... do as I say, not as I do.

who's the brandologist?

I'm Kate - Luxury Brand Strategist & Designer.

I've spent years working with two types of product brands: big names that weren't showing up at the level they could (and often didn't take advice), and smaller brands that should've had far more visibility than they did. Some stayed mediocre by choice. Others just couldn't see their own blind spots.
The pattern was ultimately always the same: great product, not showing its worth and getting left behind.
Then I had a rough year and realised I was doing the exact same thing to myself. So I mapped the behavioural patterns that kill value communication, tested the framework on my own mess, and built this. Now I’m sharing it because this shit is what I needed years ago.
I don't fuck around. This works because it's rooted in behavioural psychology and brand strategy. This quiz identifies the pattern. The audit helps you break it. It's as simple as that.
Take the quiz. See what it flags. Decide what to do about it.
